Coinciding perfectly with our American activity this month, we’re pleased to bring you our top picks for studios in cities across the USA. We’re always inspired by the ways in which Americans incorporate activewear into their every day wardrobes, creating the perfect transitional look.

Erika Bloom Pilates | New York City, Los Angeles, East Hampton, Water Mill, Greenwich.

For a luxe take on traditional Pilates, we love Erika Bloom’s holistic approach to the popular workout. Their unique approach is focused on the individual experience, making each visit feel like it was tailor-made to you.

Sky Ting Yoga’s beautiful studio.

Our favorite yoga studio in NYC takes a medley a yoga styles and incorporates them into their practice to create the best offering for physical, emotional, and cultural well-being.

E by Equinox | Greenwich, New York City, San Francisco.

Ultimate exclusivity and tailored regimens are the focus at Equinox’s ultra-luxe members only club. Membership grants access to their handful of E clubs across North America and London, consistently offering small class sizes and individual attention from their highly trained personnel.

modelFIT | New York City, Los Angeles.

Made famous by their supermodel clientele, modelFIT is one of our picks for low impact workouts in a friendly community, all the while contributing to an amazing figure. Offering fun classes like dance cardio, cardio sculpt, and offering streaming workouts, this is a fun alternative to a regular gym or studio.

Exhale Spa | New York City, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Stamford, Dallas, Bridgehampton, Los Angeles, Miami, Atlantic City.

Offering cardio, barre, and yoga, we like this multi-city option to slide in a trip to the spa. Emblazoned on their website is “wellbeing isn’t a maybe, it’s a must” is a phrase we can stand by, offering everything we love for a total wellness experience.

Physique 57 | New York City, Hamptons, Los Angeles.

Like most barre workouts, Physique 57 offers workouts that rely on your own bodyweight as resistance, but with their own method called Interval Overload. This yields incredible results from their unique mix of intensity and grace.

Xtend Barre | Various across the country.

One of our London favorites got its start in the USA, and offers a number of classes across their various studios. Their method combines both pilates and dance with larger movements than typical small-movement ballet barre studios, offering a whole body workout.

Chaise Fitness | New York City, New Jersey.

Chaise offers a dynamic regime that we haven’t experienced anywhere else. Combining pilates, ballet, and strength training, they also incorporate benches and overhead bungees to target different muscle groups, sure to give you an effective workout in a boutique setting.

Jet Set Pilates | Miami.

Strength is the key word at Jet Set, where they provide customised reformers with the assistance (and resistance!) of springs. This unique approach to reformer pilates is what makes it a favorite for us when in Miami.

SoulCycle | Various across the country.

Feel the warm sense of community at any SoulCycle you visit – riding as a pack in their intense 45-minute workout has never been more tough, or fun. Their trainers are personalities themselves, pushing riders to “tap it back” and take their workout to the next level.
