Our Top Swim Spots
In Europe

Lake: Como, Italy
Though a popular hot spot among the jet set, we can’t help but dream about Lake Como — eating pizza and olives by the water, boat rides, and views of the hilly surroundings that make the towns along the lake seem like they’re their own little world, separate from everywhere else.
Where to stay? We chose Relais Villa Vittoria in Laglio — a boutique hotel a little off the beaten track, it’s the perfect quiet retreat, with its views on the lake from their prestige suites and a glamorous infinity pool.
What to wear? A classic vacation spot with lots to do — between the lake, the pool, shade, and sun — you need a versatile and classic style to take you through your getaway. Our pick is the Victoire Swimsuit in Rust.
Pool: San Giorgio/Scorpios, Mykonos, Greece
This one might be our pool pick, but it’s more than just a pool. Scorpios and San Giorgio were recently acquired by Soho House, meaning that this exclusive beach club are for those in the know. We love this option for something a little different on the renowned wild child island of Mykonos, as a place to relax and be pampered. A little rustic but definitely luxe, as this spot is situated on the island, of course you’re offered view of the Aegean Sea — 270 degrees of it, according to San Giorgio.
Your packing list: take advantage of the mind and body workshops, classes, and talks offered at Scorpios, and pack for an extra pair of Emma Mini Shorts and an Adele Bralette (also doubles as a bikini top, thanks to anti UV, and chlorine and suncream resistant properties), in addition to your Philippine Swimsuit. Low cut for soaking up the rays, and looking impossibly chic lounging by the pool, while being functional for swimming in the sea, Philippine is our top pick for your poolside look.
Sea: Saint Tropez, France
When we think of glamorous holidays perfect for the jet set, our mind immediately goes to Saint Tropez — a go-to spot for artists in the 1960s who were a part of French new wave and yeye movements. Don’t be fooled by its touristy reputation — still teeming with avant-garde art galleries, this is still a place for your inner cultural guru to go and soak up some culture, and perhaps screen And God Created Woman. Our pick is Villa Marie, a gem among a mass of resorts, offering a laid back respite from an otherwise lush holiday.
Inspired by images of Brigitte Bardot in the South of France as a budding starlet, we're paying homage to bombshells of the past with our Philippine Swimsuit in bold Scarlet. This is the perfect piece to see and be seen in.
Ocean: Algarve Coast, Portugal
Explore an area that’s truly beautiful and relatively new for our team, the Algarve region in southern Portugal, situated on the Atlantic Ocean. We began to appreciate the area when we headed there with Morgane Lay to shoot our SS20 look book in May 2019, and discovered a world of natural, almost rugged beauty along coastal towns like Benagil and Lagos, known for craggy rock formations and pristine, secluded beaches.
Water a little unpredictable for you on the ocean? Take refuge at Casa Luum, the site of our Spring Summer 2020 look book shoot, a perfect little whitewashed villa in Faro.
What to wear for the ocean? Our pick would be the Victoire Swimsuit — classically shaped and ready for any sort of activity, we also love it layered with a wrap skirt or denim shorts and white sneakers for exploring the old towns along the Algarve coast, when you’ve had enough cove-exploring and laying in the sand.
