WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND CONDITIONS ?
Orders placed on ernestleoty.com can be delivered worldwide,
except for certain restricted countries.
Orders are processed within 2 to 3
business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, they are
delivered to your address with a signature required, Monday to Saturday, within
2 to 3 business days (excluding holidays).
During peak periods, delivery times
may be longer.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST ?
Shipping is free for eligible countries, regardless of the order amount.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will also receive email or SMS updates on your
delivery status.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER ?
If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@ernestleoty.com. If we
are unable to change it before shipping, you will need to contact the carrier directly once you receive the delivery details by email.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED OR IF AN ITEM IS MISSING ?
If your package arrives damaged, we recommend that you immediately check that all ordered items are present and in good condition.
If an item is missing or damaged, contact us promptly at contact@ernestleoty.com with your order number and attach photos of the package and the affected items.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY ?
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect
condition, with all original tags intact.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM ?
To return an item, ensure it meets the conditions mentioned above.
- Place it in its original packaging, seal the parcel, and affix the prepaid return label provided with your order.
- Then drop the parcel at a designated drop-off point of the carrier indicated on the label.
WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED ?
Once your parcel is received by our warehouse, our team will inspect it within a few days. If the return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM ?
Exchanges are not possible. If you want a different size or model, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY ERNEST LEOTY CLOTHING ?
Each fabric is unique and should be handled with care. We recommend following the care instructions on the label of each piece. In
general, we suggest cold washing and air drying to preserve the fibers and technical properties of the fabrics.

Ernest Leoty garments are designed in Paris and made in Europe, with a rigorous selection of high-quality materials ensuring durability and quality.
