Returning and exchanging an Item

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exchange or return an item.

Regarding exchanges, if you want a different size or model, please contact us at contact@ernestleoty.com.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Retain all original tags.
  • Personalized products cannot be returned.
  • Any return not meeting these conditions will be refused, and no refund will be issued. In such cases, our customer service will contact you by email.

How to Return an Item?

  1. Ensure the item meets the return conditions mentioned above.
  2. Contact us at contact@ernestleoty.com to get your return label.
  3. Place your item in its original packaging.
  4. Seal the parcel and affix the prepaid return label sent by email.
  5. Drop the parcel off at a designated drop-off point of the carrier indicated on the prepaid label.

We recommend keeping your proof of deposit until your return is fully processed.

Refund Processing Time

Once your parcel is received by our warehouse, our team will inspect it within a few days.

  • If the return meets the conditions, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the return does not meet the conditions, our customer service will contact you.

Refund Methods

  • Payment by credit card: The value of the returned items will be credited to your card. Please note that the return cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Payment by PayPal: The value of the returned items will be credited to your PayPal account.

Return & exchange costs

When returning a product, you can choose between two options:

  • Free return in exchange for a store credit valid for 6 months.

  • Refund to your original payment method, in which case the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges are free of charge for the customer.

Please note that we allow one return or exchange per order, regardless of the option selected.
