Order Processing Time: all orders are prepared within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery Time: once shipped, orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days, Monday to Saturday. Signature upon delivery is required.

Shipping is free for eligible countries, regardless of the order amount.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You will also receive delivery updates via email or SMS.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, a notification will be left in your mailbox, and you can reschedule the delivery with the carrier.

Changing Your Delivery Address
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order:

Delivery Issues & Damaged Items
Damaged or missing items:
- Upon delivery, please check that all items are present and in good condition.
- If an item is missing or damaged, contact us at contact@ernestleoty.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Incorrect order received:
If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team. You will be guided through the return process and a replacement will be arranged.
Ensure that the Ernest Leoty tag remains attached to the item for any return request.
